TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CATALOGUE PRICES - Catalogue prices are by Stanley Gibbons unless otherwise stated. As Stanley Gibbons do not generally provide separate mounted mint and unmounted  mint prices, then any catalogue price quoted should be read in conjunction with the rest of the description as to whether the stamps are hinged or not, and the condition of the stamps is of course reflected in our estimate.

PHOTOPLATES - Please note that the photo plates are for general guidance only. Whilst they may provide an accurate indication of centring, perforation and type of cancellation, no presumption should be made as to the accuracy of colour reproductions.

POSTAL BIDS - All postal bids must be received by us by the Friday before the Auction.  We regret that it is not possible for us to contact you with auction results after the sale (whether successful or not).  Please telephone if you wish to know the results.

FURTHER INFORMATION ON LOTS:

If you would like a photocopy or further details of any lots please contact us in writing or by telephone.  Where a lot comprises of a few covers, stamps or for a collection where a general comment on condition is required this is no problem, but we regret that it is not practical to give exhaustive details of collections.  In these circumstances viewing is the answer.

Because of the new Customs and Excise money laundering regulations we can not accept payments in cash of 15,000 Euros and over or equivalent in Sterling etc. For any single transaction.
